Alharif — Mobile Retail POS

Phone shops in Egypt run at a crazy pace: sales, purchases, repairs and returns all day. Before Alharif, all of it disappeared between paper notebooks and Excel sheets — owners woke up to surprises: a product silently out of stock, a cash drawer that doesn't add up at closing.

We sat with real shop owners and heard the same sentence: “I want to know if my shop wins or loses from my phone.” So we built Alharif from scratch on Laravel — a branch-aware system with granular per-employee permissions: the chain owner sees every branch, each branch sees only its own work.

The system covers the whole day: sales, purchases and stock with low-stock alerts, repair tickets with status tracking, barcode printing, cash safes and wallets, staff commissions, and Fawry + InstaPay integrations. Backups are encrypted with libsodium — the shop's data stays safe even if a device is lost.

Today Alharif runs the daily life of phone shops: stock decisions are made on numbers, not guesses, and end-of-day closing is one click instead of hours of manual review.
