Sayelha — Consumer Finance Cash-Out Platform

Egyptians hold large consumer-finance limits locked inside apps like valU, Souhoola and Halan. When someone needs actual cash, the informal market answers with opaque percentages, numbers that keep changing, and zero transparency.

Sayelha bet on radical transparency: the client sees the exact net before anything moves. We mapped the real rates of 16 finance companies and products, then designed a calculator on one honest formula — net equals the original amount minus the cash-out percentage minus the admin fees, all taken from the principal.

We built the platform on Laravel with a five-step wizard: pick the company, enter the amount, choose how to execute — by phone, at a branch in Cairo or Alexandria, or a delegate who comes to you for a separate disclosed fee. Leads flow into a Filament admin with areas, delegate fees, live rate management, a public reviews wall, and WhatsApp-first follow-up.

The platform now serves thousands of clients with more than 1,800 completed operations and a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 26 verified reviews — and every rate change is a settings edit, not a new deployment.
